The flat must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.
It is expressly forbidden to carry out the following activities: Smoking inside, Parties / Events, Pets.
Between 9pm and 8am is expressly forbidden the realization of noise having to be respected the Law of noise, as provided by law.
The time of entry into the flat should be arranged in advance, if you do not confirm your arrival time you will have to wait for availability to check in.

Location was perfect, very close to supermarkets, metro and other services.
The apartment was really big and comfy and the service was very efficient and pleasant, they attended every need we had! Definitely recommend!
